Byrnwyck General Tennis Rules  (Updated on 12/9/2011)

1.  Members may reserve 1 court for a maximum of 2 hours per day (per family).  If reservations are not claimed by 10 minutes past the start time, the court is forfeited.  If a situation arises that requires more than the 2 hours of family time in one day, please contact the tennis representative.  When scheduling court time and using the identifier line, please include your name should you need to be contacted.  Scheduling of the courts also schedules use of the tennis gazebo.

2.  Only tennis players, in proper tennis footwear, are allowed on the courts.  No skateboards, roller-blades, tricycles, bicycles, pets or black soled shoes are allowed on the courts.

3.  Tennis gate must be locked when leaving the courts.  If you are using the courts and the plastic wastebaskets are full, please take the time to empty them in the trash can located at the tennis gazebo.

4. The courts are for the use of BCA members and their guests.  Guests must be accompanied by the member scheduling the court time.  Residents of Byrnwyck subdivision who are not members of BCA may not use the tennis facility at any time and are not eligible to be guests of members.

5.  Tennis court keys are for the use of BCA members only.  The keys may not be duplicated and must be returned on request.  Replacement keys are available from the membership chairman at a cost of $15.00.

6.  All BCA members are free to contract with tennis professionals to prvoide lessons on the courts.  There must be at least one BCA member on the court receiving lessons at all times.  Tennis professionals must have read our rules and be willing to follow them.
